Spices

Our spices portfolio focuses on the burgeoning India-China trade of cumin and red chilis with on-going expansions to Madagascar and Vietnam for peppers and vanilla pods. Our offerings –

  • Red Chilis – Stem-cut, stem-less or with-stems as required, ranging from the hot S17s to the milder S5s, sourced from Southern India.

  • Cumin – Gravity/sortex cleaned whole seeds of the required boldness or finely-crushed cumin powder, directly from Gujrat and Rajasthan.


Nut Ingredients

In an extension of our global supply chain, we are adding mid-stream processing capabilities to produce nut ingredients. These will include –

  • Peanuts – Diced peanuts, peanut paste and peanut meal

  • Almonds – Blanched almonds, sliced almonds and almond meal

  • Cashew – Whole whites and roasted wholes for snacks. Large pieces and broken bits for dessert, bakery use

Pulse Protein

Protein isolates extracted from yellow peas and mung beans, customizable for various applications based on customer needs – used for, beverages, meat alternatives, protein shakes, bars and dairy alternatives.

Red Kidney Beans

ETG’s wide procurement network for pulses and beans includes all major red kidney bean origins. Our origin teams ensure that our customers get RKBs to their precise specifications and desired variety/origin, whether it is Gojjam/ Wolkite in Ethiopia or BawmaKatha/Mandalay in Myanmar.
